Our Tomatoes and mysterious peppers

So I can not take credit for actually growing these yummy garden tomatos, but aren't they purtty??? They taste SSSOOOOOO good. When we first moved in there werent any actual tomatoes, just little yellow flowers. So in a sense, yes, I have helped them grow....by watering them daily. We also have these little peppers, that we havent figured out what they are. At first we thought they were going to be green peppers. But then they grew, and look like jalapanos. But they arent hot or smell like them. ? So I picked them - and one has gone as red at the tomato in the last picture. Who knows.

More Rain

Dinner was abandoned to this cuteness.

Springville Canyon

Finding treasures Showing her stash
What a look right?
A few sundays ago we went up Springville Canyon for a picnic. P kept saying "oh thank you mommy for the picnic" She is so sweet. She loved collecting 'treasures' ie..pinecones, acorns, rocks, sticks...you know...normal girl stuff. Since then, she has asked for a picnic just about - oh - every day.

Hop Scop Game

She is pretty willing now to let me take her picture, unfortunatley we have hit this stage...... But then she loves to ham it up and make some seriously silly faces.

This is by far my favorite one.
"Hop scop game" . She loves to play it. Only if she *could* hop. The best part? "One, twoo, feee, seben, eight, nine, ten, eweben, twelbe, fifteen, sebenteen, eighteen, sebenteen, eighteen, nineteen, eighten, NINETEEEEEN!!"

Just like Mommy

Hi Mommy! "presley!! what are you doing!!??"
"See mommy, wike dis. I do da eyes."

"Haha"
"dont be mad mommy. i so peeettty."

"yes you are beautiful. you did a good job!"
...and when she knows i'm not mad, she REALLY thinks its funny and tries to run from me.

I know I am probably asking for trouble, but since my daughter will not nap anymore, and my husband going to school every night, I have to sit her on my bed and threaten her to not move until I get out of the shower. {and no, I am not a morning person so getting up early enough is out of the question!} So, one day a few weeks ago this is what I found.

And here is the rainbow after the storm.

It was HUGE. So pretty.

Puddles Anyone?

Here is P having fun splashing in the puddles. She thought it was the coolest thing.
