21 weeks

Well, i'm not really liking this pic, i look like i'm going to church or something. Anyway, i'm halfway there, and he's starting to get some power to his punch! I have placenta previa, which is fine b/c i am doing a scheduled c-section anyway, but it just causes more risk if i dont take it easy. I get another ultrasound at 28 weeks to see if it has moved up out of the way...hopefully it will and I get to see the baby again. Still no decision on a name yet. More exciting though, presley actually felt him kick the other day!! Her face was the cutest when she felt it.

Strawberry Days

We had a good old time hangin with the carnies and then to the rodeo. Mostly went for the strawberries and cream....YUM. Presley LOVED the rides and was telling Brad on the Ferris Wheel "see Dad, it's not scary!". She liked the clown at the rodeo, and was actually laughing at his horse act. The motorcycle half time show was pretty cool - they were doing backflips & all kinds of crazy tricks.

IT'S A BOY!!!!

We had our ultrasound on the 11th & are still in a bit of shock that its a boy!! We have had almost 4 years of pink, emotions & drama, that we all just thought we would be having another girl. Everything looked good and he is growing good, weighing about 13oz right now. His heartbeat was 162, which is a little high for boys usually. Presley's hb was always high, in the 160's also. Presley was a little bummed at first since she had been thinking it was a baby sister all along, but now she says she's excited for her baby "bwoder". We dont have much boy stuff, and have a lot of name searching to do - boy names are hard!! Mom & Dad Dyches were able to come to the u/s, since they had never seen one before, so that was cool. Being Silly

So here is all of her "friends" that have to sleep with her, where she finds the room for herself, I dont know. She thought it was so funny that she was hidden under all of them. I love the one where its like playing where's waldo to find her!

Memorial Day

We had fun on Memorial Day (thanks Storeys!) Had a good BBQ and Pres had a blast playing with cousin Delainey and Hansen. I love that she is starting to not 'need' me to be right by her side wherever she goes.

Easter

Yes I know, Easter was a few months ago. We had a good weekend, despite me feeling like I was going to loose my stomach the whole time. Pres dyed eggs with Gramma, the Easter Bunny visited with lots of LPS. She LOOOVVED finding eggs, and I actually put jelly beans & m&m's inside them, she wanted nothing to do with the treats. I did fill some with coins & she liked that alot. Then we had an egg hunt over at Gramma's which she loved.
